Asaa Farms is a farm-based business based in Hyderabad, India. We grow seasonal produce, create handmade paper products, and sell them through our website. All products are made with care and intention.

3. Products & Orders

All our products are handmade and natural. Slight variations in color, size, and texture are part of their uniqueness.
Prices are listed in INR and may change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion. If payment has already been made, you will be refunded.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across India. For international orders, please contact us directly.
Shipping timelines will be mentioned at checkout. Delays may happen due to weather, courier issues, or high-demand periods.
Once shipped, we are not responsible for any damage or loss caused in transit. However, we will try our best to help resolve issues.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns.
If there’s a genuine issue with your order (wrong item, damaged product), please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery with photos.
If approved, a replacement or refund may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product designs, and branding — is the property of Asaa Farms. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written consent.
